The environment which leaders must face is constantly changing and challenging, presenting both great dangers and great opportunities.
Strategic thought, leadership and decision making cannot always follow the schemes and models formerly considered best practice.
New ways of thinking and evaluating and new courses of action must be tried flexibly in relation to the prevailing conditions and to the continual appearance of new facts and interpretations both in the business world and in the socio-political world.
The leader’s responsibility in designing and implementing business models and processes needed for growth, but also credible with investors and profitable while being ethical from the point of view of the wider community of internal and external stakeholders has increased.
It has become necessary to pass from directive leadership to conscious leadership. Guiding and governing a company in the future implies a continual possessing and learning of several sets of competencies relative to global strategy, innovation, self-awareness, and the ability of sense-making and sense giving, beyond the simple understanding of the needs and aspirations of one’s people and teams.
Learning leadership is no longer simply something you can do once and then get on with it, It involves continuous updating of the leader’s capacity to integrate resources, skills, experiences and different ways of thinking.
Distributed leadership
One must then underline that it is not only executive leadership which will be useful to organizations, but all leadership distributed throughout the organization and this does not mean only those coordinating business units, processes or teams, but even those on an operative level, interacting with the intelligent machines which in their turn must be oriented to the solutions of problems and choices.
To increase leadership in a company it is necessary to integrate multiple learning experience activities to generate a new deeper vision while at the same time developing leadership personnel and the practices of reflection, feedback and coaching.

Le nostre soluzioni
We help the Board of Directors by mirroring meetings and feedback to develop competencies of strategic and collaborative leadership capable of integrating the several points of view of the separate professional excellences;
We support the individual executives and relative teams, alternating coaching and mentoring, as they explore the potential of their leadership to develop new visions, also drawing on the knowledge the leaders already have with the objective of:
- Finding the right path toward growing the company;
- Managing mergers, acquisitions, alliances and disinvestments from a rigorous and holistic approach;
- Developing their personal ability to produce an impact as leaders on their organization and business;
- Filling the gap between the rational design of the strategy and the challenges of practical application;
We propose to groups of companies that they create networks and communities for practices and exchange ideas and practices in the areas of leadership, benchmarking analysis and that they measure themselves against the great leaders and best practices;
We train process managers and team leaders so that they can acquire the ability to spread leadership in the process and over the team.
